Welcome to Driviro. By accessing and using our driving school management platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

By using Driviro, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, students, instructors, and administrators of the platform.

Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access booking features, you must create an account. You agree to:

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, harmful conduct, or at our discretion.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, violate intellectual property, transmit harmful code, or scrape user profiles.
Important for Students:
Attend scheduled lessons on time, obey traffic laws, respect instructors, make payments timely, and provide accurate driving experience disclosures.
Important for Instructors:
Provide safe instruction, maintain valid driving/instructor licensing, arrive promptly, follow traffic laws, and record lesson details accurately.
Bookings and Scheduling
Bookings are subject to instructor availability. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Late cancellations are subject to fees. No-shows will be charged full lesson rates.
Payments and Refunds
Payment for driving lessons must be processed through the platform. Refund processing follows the cancellation policy and takes 5-10 business days to clear.
Privacy and Data Protection

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Role of the Platform:
Driviro is a booking and administrative software platform only. We are not responsible for the quality of practical driving instructions.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the applicable regions. Disputes will be handled as follows:
UK / EU
Under jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom or European Union.
United States
Resolved via binding arbitration under AAA rules.
Canada
Under jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
Australia
Under jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
Consumer Rights
These terms do not exclude or limit statutory consumer rights that cannot be legally waived, including cooling-off periods (typically 14 days in EU/Australia).
